Cancellation Policy.

At Beli Group Ltd, we take pride in delivering high-quality, tailored building services for residential and commercial clients. We understand that plans may change and aim to make our cancellation process fair and transparent.

1. Cancellation by Clients (General Policy)

If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled service or project, please notify us as soon as possible in writing, by email or post.

Cancellation terms:

14 Days Before Scheduled Start:

  • No cancellation charge applies.

  • Any preparatory costs already incurred (e.g. planning, third-party design services, special-order materials) may be deducted from any advance payment or deposit, where applicable.

2. Cancellation of Ongoing or In-Progress Work

If a project is already underway and you wish to cancel:

  • You must notify us in writing.

  • You will be invoiced for:

    • All labour and materials used to date

    • Any committed third-party costs

    • Any restocking or disposal fees for unused materials

    • A reasonable project termination charge to reflect lost time and resource allocation

3. Urgent or Emergency Work

For urgent or short-notice bookings (e.g. within 48 hours of scheduling), cancellation may not be possible without incurring a minimum call-out or cancellation fee, especially if labour or equipment has been mobilised.

4. Cancellation by Beli Group Ltd

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work in circumstances such as:

  • Unsafe or inaccessible site conditions

  • Non-payment or failure to respond to scheduling requests

  • Delays in required permissions or documentation

  • Events outside our control (e.g. severe weather, material shortages)

In such cases, we will always aim to provide as much notice as possible and reschedule where appropriate. Any payments received for unused work or materials will be refunded or credited.

5. Refunds

Where applicable, refunds for cancelled work will be processed within 14 business days. We will deduct any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation and refund the remainder using your original payment method.
